Something Brought You to This Page Today. That Matters.
– Maybe it was another sleepless night.
– Maybe it was a conversation that did not go the way you wanted.
– Maybe it was a moment where you thought: I am tired of feeling this way.
Whatever it was, it brought you here.
That instinct to look for something better is worth paying attention to. Because the truth is, people walk into Mood Clinic every week carrying years of frustration.
And they walk out within a few sessions, saying things like “I feel like myself again” and “this is the first time these challenges are finally in check.”
We See You. Wherever you are in life.
Support for Men and Women
You keep pushing through, but the exhaustion, the short fuse, and the sleepless nights are telling you something. Feeling better starts with one conversation.
Support for Students and Young Adults
College is hard enough without anxiety, ADHD, or depression making everything harder. You do not have to white-knuckle your way through these years alone.
Support for Parents
You give everything to your family and keep nothing for yourself. The overwhelm, the emotional numbness, the constant fatigue. You deserve support too.
Built for Breakthroughs, Not Rushed Appointments
Most psychiatric appointments last 15 minutes.
Mood Clinic books only two patients per hour so your clinician has time to listen, ask the right questions, and build a treatment plan around your life.
Led by Michael Robustelli, a double board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, therapy and medication are integrated into every visit.

Highly recommend Michael Robustelli FNP, PMHNP at The Mood Clinic. He’s unlike any other provider I’ve had because he offers a combination of medication management and therapy, rather than the quick transactional visit I have become accustomed to. Most importantly, he is a patient teacher who understands my analytical mind and takes the time to explain exactly how medication works inside the body. I looked forward to our appointments because I felt seen and understood.
Michael has been a massive help in turning my life around. If it wasn’t for his knowledge, charisma, and obvious care for his patients & openness to feedback I would not be where I am today. Within the first month of working with him my quality of life had already improved, and now four months into my journey I’ve never felt more like myself and enjoyed my life quite so much. It feels like I’m really living now and not just surviving, and I am grateful for that.
Michael Robustelli FNP, PMH has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Not only does he take time with me as a patient to really understand my individual experiences and needs, but he is methodical and deliberate in his approach to finding the right tools, including behavior, medical and technology based techniques. After decades of struggling with undiagnosed ADHD and then, since diagnosis, attempting to find the right techniques and medication with my PCP, working with the Michael at the Mood Clinic was exactly what I needed in order to make progress. I feel more energetic, focused and more like my old teenage self (minus the self doubt!).

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept my insurance?
Mood Clinic is in-network with most major commercial insurance plans. During your free 15-minute consultation, we’ll review your insurance coverage
How soon can I get an appointment?
Most new patients are seen within two weeks. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening appointments Monday through Saturday, so you can schedule around work, classes, or your kids’ routines.
Can telehealth psychiatry treat ADHD, anxiety, and depression effectively?
Yes. Research consistently shows telehealth psychiatric care produces outcomes comparable to in-person visits. Many patients find they are more open and relaxed in their own environment, which can accelerate progress.
What if I have tried medication before and it did not work?
A medication that failed under one provider can succeed under another, especially if you haven’t seen a specialist. We’ll monitors your progress closely, ask questions and adjusts your treatment plan session by session based on how your body and mind respond.
How do I know if what I am feeling is serious enough to seek help?
If your symptoms are affecting your energy, focus, sleep, or relationships, that is reason enough. There is no minimum threshold for getting support. The free consultation exists so you can explore your options with zero commitment.
